Daniel Hernandez, a 29-year-old man from El Monte, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 21, 2021, in Malibu. The incident occurred near 27551 Pacific Coast Highway, where Hernandez was found sitting in a truck with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records confirmed his identity and the cause of death as a homicide due to the gunshot wound.
