Arnold Farran, a 75-year-old resident of Malibu, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2018. The incident occurred at his home located in the 500 block of Westlake Boulevard in the unincorporated Santa Monica Mountains near Malibu. The emergency call was made at approximately 10:28 p.m., and first responders arrived shortly thereafter to find Arnold Farran deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
