Manuel Villaman, a 22-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, California, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2021. The incident occurred during a quinceañera celebration at a private residence in the 4900 Block of Rutile Street, Jurupa Valley. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies found two males suffering from gunshot wounds.
