23 year old found shot in neck
Arturo Armenta Jr., aged 23, was fatally shot on June 19, 2013, in the Hollygrove neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM on General Ogden Street, where police found Arturo with a gunshot wound to his neck. Despite the prompt response of emergency services, Arturo was pronounced dead at the scene. The tragic nature of his death, along with the lack of immediate leads or a clear motive, has left his case unsolved to this day.
