Arturo Armenta Jr., aged 23, was fatally shot on June 19, 2013, in the Hollygrove neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM on General Ogden Street, where police found Arturo with a gunshot wound to his neck. Despite the prompt response of emergency services, Arturo was pronounced dead at the scene.
