Jabbar Mahmood, a 19-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life in the early hours of June 23, 2021, in Pittsburg, CA. The incident occurred around 3:15 a.m. when police responded to a report of a vehicle collision near El Dorado Drive and Shasta Circle.
