On the evening of April 29, 2023, at approximately 9:24 PM, Contra Costa County deputy sheriffs responded to a reported shooting in the 400 block of Clifford Court in Bay Point, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Jesus Gallegos, a resident of Bay Point, suffering from a gunshot wound. Tragically, Gallegos was pronounced dead at the scene.
