Jacob Rene Encinia, a 25-year-old resident of Reedley, California, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2021. On that fateful evening, Reedley police responded to a call regarding a shooting incident on North Columbia Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Jacob Encinia suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Adventist Health in Reedley, where he succumbed to his injuries.
