Courtney Crump, a 36-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Crump was shot near Pico Boulevard and Meadowbrook Avenue in the Mid-Wilshire area. The incident occurred in the late afternoon, and Crump was pronounced dead at 5:40 p.m. after being transported to a nearby hospital.
