Jonté Lee Reed, a 19-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2014. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Reed was a passenger in a car traveling through the South Park neighborhood when an unknown assailant fired into the vehicle. The driver continued for several blocks before stopping to call 911. Reed was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident occurred just east of the 110 Freeway on W. 50th St.
