In the early morning hours of a Monday in New Orleans, the life of 19-year-old Tyrin Seandale Whitfield was tragically cut short. On October 7, 2013, the young man, a Male, was discovered deceased inside a vehicle located in the 800 block of North Dupre Street, nestled within the Bayou St. John neighborhood.
