Elisha Rain Gonzalez, a 19-year-old resident of Delano, California, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2021. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Oxford Street, where Gonzalez was fatally shot. According to reports, he sustained gunshot wounds to the upper torso and was pronounced dead early the next morning at Adventist Health Delano.
