Richard Abrao, a 35-year-old resident of La Puente, California, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2021. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Abrao was fatally shot near 818 N. Hacienda Blvd. in La Puente. The incident occurred in the evening, and despite efforts to save him, Abrao succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
