David Peter Juarez, a 31-year-old resident of East Los Angeles, was tragically killed on June 28, 2019, in La Puente, California. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m. in a residential neighborhood at Winton Avenue and Gemini Street. Juarez was walking with a 22-year-old friend after leaving a party when they were approached by a dark-colored sedan.
