Donald Nelson DeVinney, 16, went missing on April 18, 1975, from Wolcott, New York. On that day, he and his stepbrother were fishing at the Red Lake inlet when Donald decided to go canoeing on Lake Ontario in their 17-foot yellow fiberglass canoe.
