Andrew Lozano, a 32-year-old resident of Montebello, California, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2022, in La Puente. The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. in the 800 block of North Eldon Avenue. Lozano and his girlfriend were leaving a party when they were shot by two men.
