Terelle Arlando Martin, a 35-year-old resident of Union City, California, was tragically killed on the night of December 5, 2021. Martin, a father of young children and cousin to an Oakland police officer, was gunned down while seated in the driver's seat of his car on 7th Street near H Street, just down the street from his home.
