Gerald Anthony Davis Jr., a 17-year-old from Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2021. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Olmo Court in southwest Bakersfield. According to reports, police responded to a call about a shooting and found three victims at the scene, including Davis, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, Davis was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident marked the 137th confirmed homicide in Kern County for the year 2021.
