Stephen Espadron, a 38-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2022, in Richmond, California. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Duboce Avenue in North Richmond. According to reports, officers responded to 911 calls around 1:30 p.m. and found Espadron with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the life-saving efforts of officers and medics, Espadron was pronounced dead at the scene. This marked the first homicide in Richmond for the year 2022.
