Secundino Juarez, a 36-year-old resident of Pacoima, was tragically shot and killed on May 24, 2022, near a bike path in San Fernando, California. The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of Orange Grove Avenue and First Street. Authorities from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, in collaboration with the San Fernando Police Department, responded to the scene where Juarez was pronounced dead.
