Death by Force

Carlos Discua, a 20-year-old resident of San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on June 30, 2022. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Rose Street between Buchanan and Webster streets in the Lower Haight neighborhood. Discua was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
