Brandon Chavez, a 43-year-old resident of Downey, California, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2022. Chavez was one of three men who were shot and killed while attending a house party in Downey. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:45 a.m., when officers responded to reports of gunshots at a residence on Leeds Street.
