Susana Perez-Ruelas, a 34-year-old Latina, was tragically shot and killed on October 24, 2012, at her home in Downey, California. The incident was part of a violent rampage that also resulted in the deaths of two other individuals and injuries to her mother-in-law and 13-year-old son.
