Gurpreet Singh, a 44-year-old co-owner of ASL Liquor and Market in Downey, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 7, 2019. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. when officers from the Downey Police Department responded to a call of a gunshot victim at the store located in the 8500 block of Paramount Boulevard.
