Jairo Ortiz, a 33-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2022, in Los Angeles, California. Ortiz was working as a security guard for a nearby marijuana dispensary when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred late Thursday evening near a movie set in the 1900 block of Bay Street.
