Enrique Navarro, a 37-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2022. Navarro was shot and killed while riding his bicycle in a neighborhood near Fairview and Tower avenues. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they found Navarro suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
