Elya Jerry Aguilar, an 18-year-old from Merced, California, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2022, in a violent incident that shocked the local community. The fatal event occurred in the early hours of the morning at a parking structure near M and 19th Street, close to Merced City Hall.
