Kevin Ramirez, a 37-year-old resident of Rosamond, California, was found dead on November 10, 2022, following a fatal shooting. The Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a call early that morning, reporting a man with a gunshot wound to his upper body on Sierra Highway. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Ramirez's body, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident prompted an immediate homicide investigation by the sheriff's office.
