On December 30, 1974, Neal Pilon, a 58-year-old gas company meter reader from Olean, New York, tragically lost his life in a mass shooting at Olean High School. Pilon was one of three victims killed by Anthony Barbaro, a 17-year-old high school honor student and member of the school's rifle team.
