Mobarak Adam, a 15-year-old student at Chief Sealth International High School in Seattle, Washington, was fatally shot on January 23, 2024. The incident occurred in the boys' bathroom at the Southwest Teen Life Center, a youth recreation center located near his school.

The circumstances surrounding Adam's death remain unclear. Three teenage boys were with him at the time of the shooting, but due to a Washington state law enacted in 2022, investigators have been unable to interview them. ...Read More
