18 year old shot and killed in drive by shooting
On March 16, 2015, 18-year-old Steve Brackens III was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. in front of a house located in the 1200 block of Sumner Street, in the Algiers neighborhood. At the time, Steve was standing outside talking with two other individuals, an 18-year-old male and a 70-year-old man.
