Dak Leong, a 19-year-old from New York, NY, tragically lost his life on February 8, 1990. His death was a result of a violent incident that took place at Winnie's Lounge in Chinatown. On that fateful day, Leong was one of the victims in a shooting orchestrated by members of the Born to Kill (BTK) gang, a notorious Vietnamese-American gang led by David Thai. The shooting was part of a broader conflict between BTK and other Chinatown gangs, including the Flying Dragons and Ghost Shadows.
