Nancy J. Wheeler, aged 48, tragically lost her life on October 15, 1992, in Watkins Glen, NY. She was one of four victims in a horrific shooting at the Schuyler County Department of Social Services office. The perpetrator, John T. Miller, a 50-year-old man from North Ridgeville, Ohio, was enraged over child support payments.
