In the early hours of New Year's Day 2014, a dispute that began over women inside the Seduccion Bar in Hempstead, New York, tragically escalated, leading to the death of 26-year-old Andre Graydon. The altercation, involving Charles Smith and a friend with another group of men, moved from inside the nightclub to the street outside at approximately 3:00 a.m.
