On a spring afternoon, a basketball game in a Queens park turned into a scene of violence that would ultimately claim the life of a young man. Joel Rashko Jr., a 24-year-old male from Newport News, Virginia, was in Roy Wilkins Park on May 10, 2014, with his brother, Julien.
