Frank R. Panebianco, a 28-year-old resident of Mount Sinai, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2014, in Port Jefferson Station, NY. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the L.I. Pour House Bar and Grill, where Frank and his girlfriend, Jessica Kasten, had just finished dinner with friends.
