On August 27, 2015, Marlon Williams, age 21, was found shot to death in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to reports early in the morning and discovered Marlon lying in the roadway in the 1800 block of Curtis Street around 5:00 am.
