Darell Kingsberry, a 35-year-old resident of Brooklyn, NY, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of August 15, 2015. The incident occurred on a sidewalk in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, specifically outside 165 Van Buren Street, near a Baptist Church. Kingsberry, who had been released from prison two years prior, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
