Terrance Bishop, a 23-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on February 25, 2016. The incident occurred inside the Unity Plaza Houses, a public housing complex located at 611 Blake Avenue in the Brownsville neighborhood. Police were called to the scene around 5 p.m. and found Bishop lying unconscious and unresponsive in the first-floor hallway, having been shot in the neck. Despite being transported to Brookdale Hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
