Dominique Hospie, a 23-year-old resident of White Plains, NY, was tragically shot and killed on April 17, 2016. Hospie, who had a criminal history including a conviction for a 2011 shooting incident, was standing near his car on North Kensico Avenue when he was approached by a gunman who fired multiple shots at him.
