Dwayne Stephens, a 21-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2016. The incident occurred on Avenue D, between East 29th Street and Nostrand Avenue, in the Flatbush neighborhood. According to police reports, Stephens was found lying face down with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite being rushed to Kings County Hospital, he was pronounced dead on arrival.
