Amid the grief, there was a resounding call for justice and an end to the violence that had claimed one of their own. The path to answers, however, would prove to be a challenging one for investigators, who faced the difficult task of piecing together the events that led to the fatal shooting.
After an intensive investigation, a breakthrough in the case came with the arrest of two suspects. The individuals taken into custody were identified as Raquan' T.
