Jahaira Duverge, a 37-year-old mother of four, tragically lost her life in a double shooting incident on July 25, 2016, in the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. on Weeks Avenue near East 175th Street in the Mount Hope neighborhood, shortly after the conclusion of the 27th Annual Bronx Dominican Day Parade.
