Manuel Ayala-Oceguera, a 79-year-old resident of New Rochelle, NY, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2016. Ayala-Oceguera was fatally shot while seated outside La Chiquita Karina, a local deli at the intersection of Union Avenue and Third Street.
