Devante Lane, a 23-year-old resident of the Bronx, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2020, in New Rochelle, NY. The incident occurred around 8:46 p.m. on Horton Avenue, where Lane was fatally shot in the head. Responding officers found Lane and another unidentified victim who had been shot in the leg. Despite efforts to save him, Lane was pronounced dead at the hospital. The second victim survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
