Tabitha C. "Tabby" Cruz, a 20-year-old resident of Newburgh, NY, tragically lost her life on October 30, 2016. She was attending a Halloween party on Broadway in Newburgh when a violent altercation broke out. During the party, a gunman opened fire, resulting in the deaths of Tabitha and 18-year-old Omani Free.
