Thomas Rolfes, a 25-year-old Tulane University graduate from St. Louis, was tragically murdered on May 7, 2016, while visiting New Orleans with his fiancée. Rolfes had returned to the city to plan his wedding and scout potential venues for the event. After spending the evening with friends, he became separated from his group.
