Christopher Ross, a 40-year-old resident of Cicero, NY, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017. The incident occurred following a physical altercation at the home of his brother-in-law, James Ball. According to reports, the two men had been drinking and got into a heated argument. Ball's wife attempted to separate them and managed to get Ross outside the house.
