Responding officers discovered Holloway after gunfire was reported in the area.
He was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, but his injuries proved too severe, and he was pronounced dead. Holloway, a father, was a resident of Crotona Park East but was known to have grown up in the area where the shooting took place.
