In the autumn of 2017, the life of 31-year-old Chevalier Fisher was tragically cut short in Syracuse, New York. On the evening of Friday, October 13th, Fisher was found with a gunshot wound in the 100 block of Kellogg Street on the city's Near West Side. He was rushed to Upstate University Hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
