Lerowne Harris, a 35-year-old resident of Niagara Falls, New York, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2017. Harris was shot in the parking lot at the intersection of 19th Street and Walnut Avenue. Witnesses reported that after being shot, Harris was placed into a car and driven to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
